Welcome to Will Do It, a family task‑management application designed to help households organize tasks, track achievements, manage permissions using PIN codes, and collaborate in a simple and friendly way.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Will Do It ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Will Do It mobile application and related website (collectively, the "App" or "Services").
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
The App is intended for use by families. Accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for all use of the App by children.
2. Description of the Service
The App provides tools for:
- Creating, editing, and completing tasks
- Requesting, approving, or denying actions
- Adding notes or comments
- Earning stars and achievements
- Managing users and roles within one household
- Switching between user profiles
- Using PIN codes for confirmations
- Receiving functional notifications
- Using the App in Hebrew, English, or Russian
Features may evolve, change, or be discontinued at any time.
3. User Accounts & Roles
Each household may include multiple users with different access levels (such as Primary Admin, Admin, and Member). Permissions vary by role.
You are responsible for all activity performed under your account and any actions authorized using your PIN code.
4. PIN Codes & Account Security
Certain actions require entry of a PIN code. PINs are stored securely and cannot be restored by us.
Any action performed using your PIN is considered authorized by you. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, account, and credentials. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from loss of a device or failure to secure access information.
5. Notifications
The App may send push notifications related to tasks, reminders, rewards, or updates. Notification delivery depends on third‑party services and device settings and is not guaranteed.
Notifications are displayed according to the language settings of your device. You may disable notifications at any time through device settings.
The timing of weekly cycle resets and related reminders or push notifications may rely on your device time settings, including time zone and calendar preferences (such as first day of the week). Changes to your device’s time zone, clock configuration, or calendar settings may affect when weekly notifications are triggered. You are responsible for maintaining accurate device time settings.
The App is not intended for emergency use and should not be relied upon for safety‑critical or time‑sensitive alerts.
6. Language Support
The App supports Hebrew, English, and Russian. Language selection is controlled through your iOS device settings, and notifications follow the device language.
7. User Content
You may input content such as task titles, notes, comments, names, and profile icons ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.
By using the App, you grant Will Do It a limited, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to store, process, display, and use User Content solely for operating and improving the App.
You agree not to upload unlawful, harmful, or offensive content. We reserve the right to remove or restrict User Content that violates these Terms.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the App or attempt to bypass permissions or PIN protections
- Reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the App
- Upload harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
We may suspend or restrict access for violations of these Terms.
9. Data & Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to operate the App. Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Updates to the App and Terms
We may update or modify the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Paid Features
Some features may become available as part of a paid plan or subscription in the future. Payments will be handled exclusively through the Apple App Store and subject to its billing rules.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error‑free operation.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Will Do It shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to use of the App, including data loss, misuse of PIN codes, or device configuration issues.
14. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if misuse is detected.
