Personal information you disclose to us

In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, create or manage a family/group, create child profiles, create tasks and achievements, or otherwise contact us.

Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include:

  • full name
  • email address (parent or account owner only)
  • date of birth
  • authentication credentials, including passwords and access PINs
  • group or family names
  • profile icon or avatar selected by the user
  • tasks, achievements, rewards, and other content created within the app
  • device identifiers used for push notifications (such as device tokens)
  • device and application metadata (including device model, operating system version, app version, and platform)

Child Profile Information. Our Services are designed for family use. A parent or legal guardian creates and manages the account. Child profiles may include a name or nickname, date of birth, assigned tasks, progress, achievements, and a personal access PIN. Child profiles are part of the parent-controlled account and do not constitute independent user accounts.

Sensitive Information. We do not process special categories of personal data as defined under applicable data protection laws (such as health, biometric, genetic, or precise location data).

Contact and Support Communications. If you contact us through our website (for example, via a contact form), we may collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and provide support. We do not use contact form submissions for marketing purposes.

Application Data. If you use our application(s), we automatically collect certain technical information as part of providing the Services:

  • Mobile Device Data. Device and application information such as device model and manufacturer, operating system version, app version, platform, device and application identifiers, network information, and Internet Protocol (IP) address (or proxy server).
  • Push Notifications. We collect device tokens solely for the purpose of delivering push notifications requested by the user. Notification permissions are managed at the device level by the parent or legal guardian.
  • Time Zone and Calendar Preferences. We collect and store your device time zone identifier (for example, "Asia/Jerusalem") and calendar preference such as the first day of the week. This information is used to determine the start of weekly cycles and the correct timing for reminders and push notifications. These preferences are associated with your account and stored on our servers to ensure consistent behavior across devices and sessions.
